Basic risk assessment:
Through data such as pipe diameter, pipe age, pipe material, operating pressure, flow rate, and historical maintenance records, the risk coefficient of the pipeline is obtained using adaptive lifting algorithms and decision trees.
Transient Risk Assessment:
Use BP neural network to evaluate the risk coefficient of the pipeline at the current time based on the pressure value and flow rate of the pipeline at the current time and the previous period.
