Smart Pipeline Detection and Monitoring Experiment Center

由天津精仪精测科技有限公司和山东龙泉管业股份有限公司联合建设的智慧管网检测监测试验中心已初步建成,该系统由DN2200mmPCCP管50米、DN300mm钢管150米、循环泵、加压泵等构成环路。管网环路模拟了埋地管道可能的起伏,爬坡等情况。可以进行分布式光纤、水锤泄漏监测系统,谛听给水管道内检测器、PCCP断丝监测等功能的实验和验证。

The Smart Pipeline Detection and Monitoring Test Center, jointly built by Tianjin Jingyi Precision Testing Technology Co., Ltd. and Shandong Longquan Pipe Industry Co., Ltd., has been initially completed. The system consists of a loop formed by a DN2200mm PCCP pipe of 50 meters, a DN300mm steel pipe of 150 meters, a circulating pump, a booster pump, and other components. The pipeline loop simulates possible fluctuations and climbs of buried pipelines. It can perform experiments and verifications on functions such as distributed optical fiber, water hammer leakage monitoring system, listening devices in the water supply pipeline, and PCCP wire fracture monitoring.
