Online leakage monitoring system for thermal pipe network of a group in Tianjin
Project overview
A group in Tianjin began to deploy our company's pressure wave leakage intelligent monitoring system in 2020. Since then, it has increased monitoring sites and expanded the monitoring area year by year. By the end of 2024, nearly 200 monitoring sites have been set up, and the length of monitoring pipelines exceeds 500 kilometers, covering key areas in the central urban area of Tianjin and the core area of Binhai New Area.
Project scale
During operation, the system can lock the point of sudden pressure drop and sudden leakage, and can locate the alarm within 2 minutes for sudden leakage in the monitoring area. In conjunction with Tianjin Energy's emergency maintenance measures, the location of the leakage point in the monitoring area has been determined within 40 minutes of occurrence, effectively improving the emergency response speed and providing strong data support to ensure the safe and stable operation of the heating pipe network.
