This project is a livelihood project built to solve the production and living water problems of more than 2.3 million local people. After the project is completed, through the rational allocation of water resources, it will greatly alleviate water supply pressure, improve the quality of urban residents' living water, promote the sustainable development of local economy and society, and provide stable water source guarantee for the integrated construction of urban and rural water supply.
