Position 1: Optical Fiber Sensing R&D Engineer

Job Responsibilities

  1. Be responsible for the design and development of optical fiber sensing systems to realize long-distance optical fiber sensing for vibration, temperature and stress monitoring.

  2. Be responsible for the design, development, assembly and debugging of optical fiber sensing hardware systems.

  3. Be responsible for the program development, algorithm optimization, sensing signal processing and characteristic data extraction of optical fiber sensing software systems.

Job Requirements

  1. Master's degree or above, major in Optical Engineering, Electronic Information or other related majors.

  2. Proficiency in the technical principles of distributed or point-type optical fiber sensing systems, the usage and principles of optoelectronic devices, and familiarity with high-sensitivity optical fiber sensing pickup technology and modulation and demodulation technology.

  3. Familiar with signal systems and processing, and proficient in digital signal processing technologies (such as digital filters, spectral analysis, wavelet transform, etc.).

  4. Proficient in operating photoelectric instruments and equipment such as spectrometers, OTDRs and polarization analyzers, with strong practical hands-on ability.

Position 2: Postdoctoral Research Fellow

Job Responsibilities

  1. Be responsible for technological R&D in the fields of optical fiber sensing, structural health monitoring of fluid pipe networks, digital twin, hydraulic models, signal processing, etc.

  2. Promote the transformation of technological achievements, and be responsible for patent layout, formulation of technical standards and implementation of industry-university-research cooperation projects.

  3. Undertake the application for scientific research projects and publish relevant papers.

Job Requirements

  1. Doctoral degree, familiar with the fields of optical fiber sensing, hydraulic models, signal processing, etc.

  2. Strong scientific research ability and academic potential.

  3. Graduated (previous or current) who have obtained or are about to obtain a doctoral degree.

  4. Able to engage in postdoctoral research work full-time in the form of university-enterprise joint employment, and meet other requirements of the state and universities for recruiting postdoctoral researchers.

Position 3: Hardware Engineer

Job Responsibilities

  1. Be responsible for the development of product hardware systems, including component selection, circuit design and testing, with the ability to independently develop and solve problems.

  2. Be responsible for the maintenance of product hardware systems, including daily fault analysis, cost and performance optimization, etc.

  3. Be responsible for sorting out and submitting technical documents related to hardware in various products.

  4. Provide technical support for the testing, production and procurement of hardware products.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Electronic Information, Communication Engineering, Automation, Optoelectronic Information or other related majors.

  2. Solid foundation in analog and digital electronics, with understanding of knowledge related to high-speed circuit design.

  3. Proficient in using common electronic instruments and equipment such as oscilloscopes and signal generators.

  4. Certain understanding of hardware reliability knowledge such as EMI, EMC and ESD.

  5. Master the design of high-precision ADC acquisition circuits and have experience with one or more platforms including ARM/MCU/FPGA.

  6. Good communication and team cooperation skills, with a serious and responsible working attitude and a good sense of quality control.

Position 4: Embedded Software Engineer

Job Responsibilities

  1. Be responsible for the software development and debugging of the company's embedded products, including the program framework design and development of MCU bare-metal systems and Linux systems.

  2. Participate in project requirement analysis, overall scheme design, and the conceptual and detailed design of product modules.

  3. Be responsible for the code implementation of product functions, as well as the unit testing of product modules to ensure code quality.

  4. Be responsible for the maintenance, upgrade and functional iterative development of relevant software.

  5. Quickly learn and master new technologies according to project needs or R&D content.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Electronic Information, Communication Engineering, Automation, Software Engineering or other related majors.

  2. Understanding of embedded Linux development environment, familiar with STM32 or common ARM/MCU architectures, with basic C language programming ability.

  3. Understanding of the development process of common peripheral buses and drivers such as I2C/SPI/UART.

  4. Understanding of network programming, multi-threading, databases or embedded WEB development.

  5. Good learning ability and logical thinking, willing to engage in the underlying development of embedded systems.

  6. Proactive at work, with good communication skills and a sense of team cooperation.

Position 5: Structural Design Engineer

Job Responsibilities

  1. Be responsible for the design, analysis and optimization of product structures, including but not limited to material selection and CAD modeling.

  2. Assist structural SE in the design, development, trial production, debugging and mass production transfer of new product structures and components, and solve technical problems in the process of processing and assembly.

  3. Provide technical support for on-site departments.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Mechanical Design, Measurement and Control Technology and Instruments or other related majors.

  2. Familiar with CAD software such as SolidWorks/ProE, and proficient in structural design and processing technology.

  3. Good communication skills and team spirit, with a strong sense of responsibility and research spirit.

Position 6: Application Software Engineer

Job Responsibilities

  1. Be responsible for the software development and debugging of the company's new product desktop application software and cloud platform software.

  2. Participate in product requirement analysis, determination of technical routes and scheme design.

  3. Be responsible for software framework construction, code implementation of product functions, as well as the development and beautification of software interfaces and business logic.

  4. Be responsible for the maintenance, upgrade and functional iterative development of relevant software.

  5. Quickly learn and master new technologies according to project needs or R&D content.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Computer Science, Electronic Information or other related majors.

  2. Have experience in application software development and can independently complete the front-end and back-end development of small-scale software.

  3. Familiar with C/S or B/S development, proficient in C# and JAVA programming languages, and master at least one development framework in the .NET or JAVA ecosystem.

  4. Familiar with Windows network programming, with certain experience in TCP/IP/HTTP protocols, multi-threading and Socket communication.

  5. Familiar with the management and basic operation of databases such as SQL Server/MySQL.

  6. Strong sense of responsibility and communication skills.

R&D Support

Position 1: Test and Maintenance Engineer

Job Responsibilities

  1. Complete the design of system test plans and use cases in accordance with product requirement specifications and technical documents.

  2. Be responsible for the test and verification of the entire product system including hardware, software and structure, and compile test reports.

  3. Be responsible for the life cycle maintenance of products, provide technical support, and timely handle problems fed back from on-site applications.

  4. Go to customer sites to implement product delivery-related work such as installation, debugging and training.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Computer Science, Communication Engineering, Measurement and Control Technology and Instruments or other related majors.

  2. Understanding of network communication and network construction and implementation, as well as knowledge of common instruments and mechanical automation.

Position 2: Project Delivery Engineer

Job Responsibilities

  1. Be responsible for project management work such as coordination and resource organization of on-site debugging/detection engineering projects.

  2. Be responsible for hardware and software design configuration, on-site debugging, user training and technical document writing of projects.

  3. Be responsible for setting progress, controlling nodes, installation, debugging and acceptance after project initiation.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Civil Engineering, Measurement and Control, Instruments and Meters, Automation, Mechatronics or other related majors.

  2. Good communication and coordination skills, proactive learning ability and team spirit.

Position 1: Solution Engineer

Job Responsibilities

  1. Be responsible for the design of solutions and analysis of market strategies, including but not limited to the output of basic technical information and marketing materials for solutions, as well as the analysis of industry/product competition strategies, etc.

  2. Based on product technical solutions and combined with actual cases, output solutions for different projects/customers/industries, and implement technical solutions in actual projects.

  3. Be responsible for project support work, including but not limited to customer communication, technical scheme design, bid response, clarification and Q&A, and assisting in the formulation of business strategies, etc.

Job Requirements

Position 2: Sales Management Trainee

Job Responsibilities

  1. Assist in customer visits, understand customer needs and maintain customer relationships.

  3. Participate in bidding work, assist in the writing of technical bid documents and technical Q&A at bidding sites.

  4. Complete other work arranged by superiors.
